TYS 2008 Registration

Fall 2008 Registration Details :
Fall soccer sign-up will be held on the following three days :

1. April 27th, 6:00 - 8:00 Thomaston Town Hall Teen Center 
2. May 18th, 6:00 - 8:00 Thomaston Town Hall Teen Center
3. June 5th, 7:00 - 8:30 Thomaston Town Hall Teen Center


ALL TRAVEL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND SIGN UPS in order to sign their player's pass and have their picture taken (players will not be registered if they are not there in person)

PARENTS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING:

1. Health Insurance card and card #
2. COPY of birth certificate for first time travel players (we are unable to make copies)
3. Name, address, phone number of player's physician.

 
Fall 2008 Registration Fee Information: 

Instructional Soccer : Kindergarten and first grade the fee is $40.00. ( No increase from last year )
Regular Soccer : Second through Eight grade the fee is $45.00. ( No increase from last year )
Travel Teams : $75.00 ( $45.00 plus $30.00 referee fees for the season)

Plus a one time uniform cost of $30

A LATE FEE OF $25.00 will be charged for any player registering after June 24th.
(Late registrations make if very difficult for the TYS registrar to have all the required documentation submitted to CJSA by their deadlines)
Please note: Any late sign ups for Travel are not guaranteed to be placed on a Travel Team.

Maximum fee for any one (1) family is : $100.00
